Give the whole organisation a consistent, professional card. Your administrator adds people by email, each person receives an activation link, and the entire account is managed from one page. From 5 DigiCardme Accounts, with no upper limit.
One annual invoice. One renewal date. Your administrator manages everything - adding people, revoking access, adjusting headcount - from a single dashboard.
Move the slider or type your headcount, then enter what a batch of 1,000 printed business cards costs per employee. We'll compare it to our corporate rate.
Minimum 5, no maximum. The 50% corporate discount applies at every size.
Your own figure, in Australian Dollars, for a standard batch of 1,000 cards per person. Include design, printing and delivery.
That works out to A$25.00 per employee for the full year, with unlimited digital cards for every person.
Printed cards carry costs that never appear on the invoice: the reprints, the admin hours, the boxes that go stale the week somebody changes role.
Every box of printed cards is a sunk cost that expires the moment a detail changes. A DigiCardme Account replaces the print run, the reorder and the storage cupboard.
Promotions, new mobile numbers, an office move, a fresh headshot. Change it once and every card updates everywhere, including cards already in someone else\u0027s phone.
Headcount moves. Add accounts as people join and remove them as they leave, without renegotiating anything or waiting on a supplier.
HR or an appointed administrator activates and revokes accounts from one page. No chasing individuals, no shadow copies, no orphaned cards after somebody leaves.
Every employee presents the same design language. No mismatched fonts, no out-of-date logos, no one improvising their own layout in a word processor.
No quotes, no proofs, no reorder emails, no distributing boxes across offices. The hours your team spends managing printed cards disappear entirely.
Tapping a phone to share a card signals a company that thinks about efficiency and detail. It is remembered, and it reflects on the whole organisation.
Nobody runs out mid-conference. Every employee carries an unlimited supply on a device they already have with them.
Share by NFC tap, QR scan or link. Nothing is handed over, nothing is touched, and it works just as well across a table as across the country.
Revoking an account takes seconds and the card stops working immediately. A printed card in circulation cannot be recalled.
Distributed teams share credentials the moment a call ends. No postage, no waiting, no regional print suppliers to coordinate.
One invoice, one renewal date, one line in the budget. Finance can forecast it exactly, and it does not creep as the team grows mid-year.
Printed cards are produced in the hundreds and discarded in the hundreds. A digital card removes the paper, the laminate and the freight entirely.
See how often cards are viewed and saved across the organisation, so you know which events and teams actually generate connections.
Corporate is an annual plan. Your payment method is charged for the whole year at activation, and again on the same date each year for the number of seats held at that moment. There is no monthly corporate option for your core plan.
A corporate plan is a block of seats for one price. Each seat can be assigned to any employee email your administrator chooses, and reassigned at any time. You are never billed per named person, only per seat held.
When your administrator removes one employee's email and invites another, the new invitation takes over that same seat for whatever time is left in the year already paid for. There is no extra charge, because the seat was already paid, only the person filling it has changed.
Removing an email deactivates the premium membership and premium cards tied to that address straight away. It does not delete the underlying account. If that person still has access to the email and wants to keep their card, they can start their own individual subscription at any time to reactivate it under their own billing.
Growing your team does not mean paying a full new annual fee out of step with everyone else. New seats are charged at a simple monthly rate, already carrying your 50% corporate discount, for however many months are left until your renewal date. Nothing is backdated and nothing is charged for months that have already passed.
Your plan renews every 1 January. You add 4 new seats on 1 September, 4 months before renewal. Each seat is A$25 a year after discount, so A$25 ÷ 12 × 4 months = A$8.34 per seat, A$33.36 for the 4 seats, charged once, today. Nothing else changes until renewal.
At your next annual renewal, every seat, old and new, is billed as one invoice at the full annual rate with the 50% discount applied. From that date, the whole account runs on a single renewal cycle again.
A corporate account starts at 5 seats and has no upper limit. The individual annual rate is A$49.99, and a 50% corporate discount is applied to every seat, on every invoice, whatever the size of the account.
Cancelling takes effect at the end of the year you have already paid for, and access continues until then. No further charges are made.
All payments, including annual renewals and mid-year seat additions, are non-refundable. This applies except where a refund, credit, or other remedy is required by law and cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law and equivalent consumer protection laws in your country. See our full Terms for details. These billing terms are also presented in full inside your corporate account and must be accepted by your billing contact before any payment becomes effective or any seat is assigned.
